RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit equal to the first nights stay (plus 15%) is required at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable in full if cancellations are made 10 days prior to arrival.
EXTRA PERSONS
All rooms are based on double occupancy. Due to fire code, not all rooms can accommodate extra people. There is an extra charge of $25.00 per person per night over double occupancy. A limited number of rollaway beds and pack and plays are available upon request.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 3pm at the Sherwood Inn at (26 W Genesee St in Skaneateles). Check-out time is 11am at the Sherwood Inn.
SMOKING AND PETS
The Arbor House is a no smoking facility and does not allow pets.
“My son got married recently and we booked both the front house and back house for Friday and Saturday night. It was wonderful! We were able to have both our rehearsal dinner and a Sunday brunch right there as there is a full size kitchen in the front house and one in the Bella Rose suite which is in the back house. I was able to rent a tent and have it on the back yard. The setting was beautiful as well as so convenient. The bride and her wedding party were able to get their hair and makeup done in the Bella Rose suite with plenty of room. Everything about our experience there was perfect!”
