• PAYMENT: Arbor House Inn gladly accepts most Major Credit Cards; Personal Checks, Travelers Checks and of course, cash.
   

• RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY: 14 days notice to cancel reservation is required.  If notice of cancellation is given later than 14 days prior to check-in we will attempt to re-book the room, however any losses incurred will be your responsibility. There is a strict 30-day cancellation policy on weddings.
  
  

• EXTRA PERSONS: All rooms are based on two people. There is an extra charge of $20.00 per person over two persons per room.
   

• WEDDING PARTIES:  We will hold a series of rooms until 60 days prior to check-in.  By that time the individual guest must make his/her reservation.  Wedding parties must occupy entire house, either front house or back house, or both, no exceptions.  The front house has five guest rooms, the rear house has six guest rooms. There is a strict 30-day cancellation policy on weddings.
   

• SMOKING:  The Arbor House Inn is a non-smoking establishment. However, our outdoor yard furniture will accommodate our smoking guests.
   

• INNS AND OUTS:  Check-In time is 3 pm.  Check-Out time is 11 am.
   

• CHILDREN:  Children over 12 are Welcome.
   

• ALL SPECIAL EVENTS:  Add $10/night to all rooms (this includes all weddings, graduations, family reunions, etc.).
